Account Management

All the information about your car, including the fuel log and statistics are stored in your GloveBox account. You can also log into the GloveBox app using your Facebook account, which makes using GloveBox really easy - especially if you've already got Facebook set up on your phone. It doesn't matter whether you use Facebook or create an account using your email address - you'll still be able to access all the features of GloveBox.

Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password it's really easy to reset it. When you first open the app you'll see a "forgot password" link at the bottom of the welcome screen. When you tap the link GloveBox will send you an email with a link in it - click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. You'll then be able to log into your account using your new password.

Change Details

You can change your account details using the app - such as your name or email address. Log in using the app and tap the "settings" button followed by "change account details". You can also change the date format and whether your account uses imperial (UK) or US gallons when displaying fuel consumption statistics.

Note: If you log in to GloveBox using your Facebook account, we'll take your email address from Facebook. You can still change it using the method above but it'll get changed back to your Facebook account's email address if it's not the same.

Close Account

You can close your account at any time. However, all your details will be removed permanently and the process can't be reversed. Just send us a message with your email address and we'll send you instructions on how to close your account.
